Tower C Slab Level 8 Complete
The Level 8 concrete pour for Tower C was completed on schedule, with all quality checks passed. Concrete pour for Level 9 is scheduled for next week, keeping the tower on track for its Q3 2025 topping-out target.
Curtain Wall Glazing Tower A L3–L7
High-performance double-glazed curtain wall panels have been installed across Levels 3 to 7 on the north and east elevations of Tower A. Tower A facade completion is targeted for August 2025 ahead of the interior fit-out phase.
MEP Rough-in Floors 1–5 Tower B
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in works are progressing across Floors 1 to 5 of Tower B, with conduit and duct runs substantially complete. Basement mechanical room fit-out is also in progress, with primary HVAC plant installation underway.
Overall Campus 68% Progress
The monthly independent aerial survey confirmed overall campus construction at 68% completion, maintaining on-track status for Q4 2026 delivery. Foundation trenches for the landscape and hardscape areas have been marked and pegged.
Zero LTI in April 2025
April 2025 closed with zero Lost Time Injuries across all active work fronts — a significant safety achievement. 120 workers completed a mandatory height safety refresher training session led by the site HSE team.
Tower B Topping Out Ceremony
Tower B reached its final structural floor at 14 storeys, marking a major milestone celebrated with a topping-out ceremony attended by the project leadership team. The structural envelope for Tower B is now fully complete.
Data Center Shell Complete
The raised-floor shell for the campus Tier-III data center has been handed over to the MEP contractor. Power infrastructure installation — including UPS, PDU, and precision cooling systems — begins this week.
Stone Cladding Tower A Podium 80%
Natural Kota stone cladding on the Tower A podium elevation has reached 80% completion, with the remaining south face panels scheduled for installation in May 2025. The finished podium significantly enhances the campus street presence.
Q1 Safety Review — Zero Major Incidents
The Q1 2025 safety review confirmed zero major incidents and zero LTI across all four construction zones. IGBC Gold documentation for the sustainable construction section has been submitted to the certifying authority for review.
Basement Waterproofing Complete
All three levels of underground parking have received full tanking waterproofing treatment, with independent inspector sign-off obtained. All basement levels are now ready to receive MEP installations and the precast parking system.
